What We Do

Tide & Seek offers boutique sailing charters across the Amalfi Coast and its most storied islands. Think less cruise ship, more cinematic escape.

We trade crowds for coves, tourist traps for tucked-away trattorias, and rigid itineraries for spontaneous joy. Whether you're diving into Capri's glittering grottos, sipping wine on the cliffs of Ravello, or anchoring in a quiet cove off Ischia, every journey is designed to feel personal, poetic, and a little bit magical.

    Krzysztof believes the best days start with sunshine on your face and end with stories shared over a good meal.

    As Chief Entertainment Officer, he brings heart, humor, and a laid-back charm to every adventure. Whether he’s baking bread at sunrise, tending his garden, or foil surfing with a grin along the coast, Krzysztof lives for life’s little joys. And yes—his Great Pyrenees, Bubbles, is always nearby.

    With a gift for creating connection and joy in the everyday, he makes each journey feel less like a trip—and more like a story you’ll want to tell again and again.

    Skipper, Co-founder

    Precision meets poetry every time Karol takes the helm.
    A seasoned sailor with a designer’s eye, he sees the Mediterranean not just as a playground, but as a living museum—layered with history, architecture, and enduring beauty.

    As the lead planner and navigator, Karol turns each journey into a symphony of details: quiet harbors, sunlit afternoons, and just the right glass of wine at just the right table.

    Calm, intuitive, and deeply connected to the sea, he doesn’t just chart a course—he curates stories that linger long after the sails are stowed.

  • Alex Lickiewicz

    Co-Skipper

    Some people chase the horizon—Alex knows how to get there.

    With nearly a decade at sea, from tall ships to offshore racers, he’s navigated the Baltic, the Adriatic, and beyond. From deckhand to watch leader aboard Gdańsk’s legendary Generał Zaruski, and racing in events like the Rolex Fastnet aboard a VO60, Alex has earned his sea legs the hard way.

    Already certified in sea rescue, he continues to expand his training—combining skill, instinct, and calm under pressure to keep every adventure safe, smooth, and seriously unforgettable.
